Production Facility

Production Area

In its production facility, TAB Pharmaceuticals undertakes the production, packaging and analysis of food supplements in various forms, which are, soft capsules, hard capsules, tablets, syrups, drops, liquid sachets and powder sachets. The TAB Pharmaceuticals production facility has completed the cGMP certification programme by passing the GMP inspection conducted by the Turkish Ministry of Health, Medicine Pharmaceutics General Directorate, GMP Department. All products produced within TAB Pharmaceuticals are produced in clean areas (ISO 8, ISO7) and packaged with fully automatic machines without any human contact. Activities that take place in the facility are specifically designed to minimize personnel and material contamination.

Warehouse

The TAB Pharmaceuticals logistic depo is comprised of 9, 3 story, shelves with a capacity of 423 Euro Pallets, set up in an area of 1025 m2. This area where products are stored awaiting shipment along with packaging materials and raw materials according to the production plan is kept secure with 24/7 camera surveillance. During the time our products are kept here in their appropriate storage conditions, they are monitored with online temperature and humidity tracking systems and meet all the necessary criteria for the end product to be delivered to the consumer safely.
